Currently, the 7th best confectioner in the World. Head of the Airport Hotel Okęcie confectionery team, responsible for the creation of the Czekolada Café brand (since 2014). Finalist of the World Chocolate Masters – Paris 2018 (WCM). Winner of the Best Pastry Chef title (2016). Instructor at Ashanti – International School of Culinary Art in Łódź, where he conducts training for professionals and confectionery enthusiasts in the preparation of monoportions, chocolate confectionery and artistic cakes. An excellent technologist and artist at the same time – ambitious, hardworking and extraordinarily talented, he breaks standards and stereotypes. He is the embodiment of the work ethos of a modern confectioner.
