Fondants for Industry
Arctos Fondant 10 / 12 / 15
These fondants are industrial, water-based pomades (sugar paste) with a natural, white color, a sweet taste, and a typical pomade aroma. They work great as a base for chocolate and praline fillings. The fondant can be mixed with colorants, aromas, fruit concentrates, and alcohol.
At the request of our most demanding industrial customers, we have introduced the option of ordering our fondants in reusable plastic containers, instead of the usual cartons.

Arctos Fondant 20 / 25 / 30
These water-based pomades (sugar paste) with a natural, white color, a sweet taste, and a typical aroma, are ideal for the production of delicate, shiny glazing and The fondant can be mixed with colorants, aromas, fruit concentrates, and alcohol.
Arctos Fondant LUX
Arctos Fondant LUX is the highest possible quality fondant with a clean label. It is produced exclusively from superfine sugar with the lowest ICUMSA rating on the market. It offers perfect white color and texture without the need to use any additives. It is also much more efficient than the basic F30 type confectionery fondants, allowing you to double the addition of water and obtain a significant amount of ready icing. It is undoubtedly the best product in the category of clean-label fondants on the market.

Arctos Ready to Use Premium
A technologically advanced, Ready To Use fondant, developed together with our most demanding customers in response to their valuable suggestions. It is characterised by a soft, creamy consistency and allows to maintain a long-lasting, shiny glaze on fresh bakery and confectionery products. Designed for easy distribution on the surface of the product, using a brush or any other smoothing tool.
Arctos Ultra White
Arctos Ultra White allows our customers to create a perfectly white and opaque layer of fondant. Used in processes, which require freezing, that fondant is exceptionally white and can be modified through the addition of aromas, fruit concentrates, and alcohol.
Flavoured Fondants

Bee Fondants
Bee Fondant / Bee Fondant Premium
Arctos bee fondants are the highest quality products intended for feeding bees. We offer products for bees in the form of a paste. In addition to the standard product, we also propose a fondant in the version with the addition of crystalline fructose. Arctos fondants are based on the highest quality sugar, being safe and easy to pick up food for bees. The fondant is ready for use immediately after removal from the carton and is ideal as spring stimulation, or for feeding during gaps in nectar flow.
Specialty Sugars
Nordzucker Coarse Grain
Crystallised sucrose as large transparent crystals. The average size of the crystals is between 700 and 1400 μm. Coarse Grain Sugar is used mainly for manufacturing and decorating baked goods and confectionery products.
Nordzucker NIB 1400 /
2000 / 3000
Compressed sugar, crushed and sieved into large, white, compact particles. Nib Sugar is used mainly for decorating baked goods and confectionery.
Powdered sugar
Available with an anticaking agent (2% crystal glucose), as well as without one, in protective plastic or paper bags.
Nordzucker White Sugar
White sugar, loose, with no lumps and foreign smell. Sugar meets the requirements of Polish and European food laws.
Private
Label
We are happy to offer private label solutions for our clients, taking care of the entire process from the concept of the packaging, through the tweaking of the specification, to implementation and support in the promotion of the product. We offer our clients the possibility to design a dedicated bucket with printed offset or printed cardboard boxes, as well as basic private label variants with stick-on labels. In addition, we support customers in selecting the right fondant parameters for specific needs and applications, but we also produce fondants according to the specifications specified by the recipients.
